All notarial acts will include seal and signature at time of signing. All signers must have valid unexpired government issued identification at time of appointment.

Loan Closing, Modifications, Seller package, Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, Deeds, Trust, Grants, Transfer certifying documents related to real property.

All signers must have a valid government-issued ID at the time of appointment.

Closings usually take place at a title company. For a refinance, it'll be you and any co-borrowers and a closing agent in attendance. You'll need to bring a state-issued photo ID and a cashier's check or wire transfer to pay for outstanding items or closing costs that aren't rolled into the loan $250.00
